Basic Maintenance Includes:
- Add, update, or delete text, announcements, notices, contact information, advertisements, job postings, calendar or special event data, agendas, minutes, forms and other time-sensitive material in a timely manner
- Proofread and edit text for a polished, professional look and feel
- Post photographs and graphics, including retouching and resizing, as needed
- Create PDF (printable) documents from your e-documents, including secure PDF documents, if desired
- Make minor formatting changes, including addition or deletion of pages and accompanying modifications to the site navigation system when it can be done within the existing design architecture
- Install and maintain a website traffic counter or set up Google Analytics, if desired
- Always let you know as soon as changes have been made, and make sure they meet with your approval
With Retainer Service Add:
- Monitor links, and remove or replace dead links
- Maintain the overall appearance and aesthetics of your site
- Monitor your domain name and hosting account expiration dates
- Alert you when information on your site becomes outdated
